Asking for help is one of my biggest challenges. I don’t like to do it… I was raised by strong people who did for themselves, and asking for help was not encouraged. That being said, my family ALWAYS helped those in need.
So on Monday, as I was struggling with how to raise the $1,100 for Mia’s AIM program fee, a friend (thank you, Chelsea) encouraged me to start a GoFundMe to reach that goal.
