that I look great! She is thrilled with my progress and that I am following all of her rules.
I explained to her about my plateau. She had me make an appointment with the Exercise Phyisiologist on staff to see what she can do to help me jump start more weight loss. I am sure I need to change up my exercise routine, but have no idea how to do that. I also don’t have the financial resources at this time to join a gym, so I am hoping she can give me some inexpensive options!
I don’t go back to see the surgeon until February. I wonder where I will be by then? This whole journey is just fascinating! All of the possibilities are seemingly endless. Yay!
This morning, I had to help Sophia carry boxes into school and ran into one of Mia’s teachers that I had not seen since her IEP last May. She did a double take when she saw me! That made my day! We chatted for a bit, catching up. Before I left, she asked for a hug and told me I looked fabulous! Can I get more of that???? Seriously, anyone who wants to start my day with hugs and compliments is welcome to do so!
