happy thanksgiving

as i finish up at work, my mind is spinning in an attempt to make sure i have packed everything i need to for our trip to indiana. of course, the stuff is at home and i am here, but i am still trying to mentally go through it all. eventually, i will just have to decide that it really is not a huge deal if i forget something. i mean, they do have stores in indiana. also, if my girls spend the week in pjs, who cares?

i hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday. i will miss mike, who is working all week. (no surprise there) as difficult as it is to be away from him, it will also allow me to focus on just relaxing and on the girls. i have packed a few balls of sock yarn, as that is the most portable project i have.

hugs to you all. i am not feeling particularly inspired to write much today, but i will try to be a bit better tomorrow. perhaps my family will inspire me to come rant and/or rave!
